Justice for whom? For the jobless men, the women must buy on the grey market to feed their families, girls so desperate to find a way out that they are easily tricked by prostitution rings? Children without schoolbooks, democrats who risked their lives to bring down the old regime and win -- what? For the veterinarians struggling with all the abandoned animals, the young who cannot marry, the old who have lost everything?
